Three Ways to Utilize In Tandem Coaching Sessions
Homework In Tandem
Side-by-side, in-the-moment coaching with you and your child while you work through their homework together. I'll teach you the questions to ask to help your child get "unstuck," deepen your child's understanding of the mathematics they are learning, and provide resources for you to extend their learning after the homework is done.
Fact Fluency In Tandem
Similar to Homework In Tandem - I'll be with you as you support your child with learning their addition and subtraction or multiplication and division facts in joyful and connected ways! I'll provide you with and teach you games and activities to use while you engage with your child. I'll also help you learn questions that you can ask your child to deepen their understanding while building their reasoning skills.
Conferences In Tandem
Confidentially send me your child's reports, work samples, and other data provided to you, and I will help you to prepare for your Parent Teacher Conference. I'll help you to think through questions to ask and next steps for your child's success.
With Your Child
Homework In Tandem and Fact Fluency In Tandem are done with your child! Learning and practicing the moves and mathematics that I will teach you simultaneously. The child will step away for the 15 minute debrief.
Personalized Feedback
Each session is personalized to each family's needs. Each Homework and Fact Fluency session ends with a 15 minute debrief between the coach and parent to discuss next steps and answer lingering questions.
